This is a fantastic free racing database that Adrian has been running for years (the database is for 2012 onwards). The site is an essential resource if you are interested in horse racing systems. You can easily back test and refine your theories. I don’t know if you can still request an account but, if you have one, you can save filters and check whether there are any runners which qualify each day.
Betfair Starting Price (BSP) Data

Did you know that you can download files of every Betfair Starting Price across all race meetings? There are Daily Price Files available for Win and Place markets. These cover GB, Ireland, USA, Australia and South Africa as well as GB Win and Place Greyhound meetings. Files are available going back several years and in some cases go back to 2008. The files are all Comma Separated (CSV) format and can be loaded and combined in Excel or other spreadsheet packages.
The page allows you to filter the files by country, win/place market etc. The data includes the BSPs as well as the In-play and Pre-Race Maximum and Minimum prices.
You do need to know how to combine/merge the files but search on the web should help guide you. If you are prepared to put in a little effort you can create your own Betfair results database. This may prove invaluable as you develop your horse racing strategies. Your first challenge might be to work out how to download a bunch of files. I have found that in the Microsoft Edge browser there’s an extension called Extreme Download Manager which makes it easy to select and download files.
Betdaq XSP Data
XSP Returns – XSP Archives – BETDAQ TIPS
Betdaq have their own equivalent of the Betfair BSP data files. They are also available for download but are updated on a monthly rather than daily basis. Also, the amount of data included is limited to the race, selection and starting price or XSP as Betdaq call it.
Worth calling out is that each daily file includes any Football match, Greyhound or Horse Race where XSP was available.
Betfair Trading Community
The team at Betfair Trading Community (BTC) recently rolled out their horse racing software. This sits alongside their existing Football and Tennis software. The Horse Stats software is an impressive bit of kit and we a Full Review. It’s a real gamechanger when it comes to analysing racing strategies. You can find out more at Betfair Trading Community

If you want to receive football score updates as quickly as possible there are probably hundreds of sites available. The best free resources that I use are below. I’ve found Flashscore to be the quickest for notifications to my mobile:-

Goal Profits – Goal Profits. If you are familiar with Goal Profits you’ll know there’s a wealth of information and trading strategies available. For me, one key piece of kit is their Live Stats Module (LSM).
The LSM covers each day’s football matches. Prior to the match starting it flags whether it qualifies for one of the many Goal Profits trading strategies. It helps you create and refine a list of potential trades based on your preferred strategies. The database also provides Projections for the Match Result and Over/Under 2.5 goals markets.
When the match starts, LSM shows up to date Scores and in-play stats for each Team. This covers Blocked Shots, Shots In and Out the Penalty Area plus On & Off Target. There is also a Corner Count, Dangerous Attacks, and Possession %age stats.
Red Cards are highlighted plus all substitutions are shown together with the type of sub. You’ll know whether it is a Defender/Midfielder or Attacker coming off and going on to signal each Team’s attacking intent.
The LSM in-play data is available for the Current Half and also the Last 10 Minutes. It’s converted into a Rating of each Team’s Attacking. During In-play, LSM will monitor each match. It identifies if the match qualifies for one of the many Goal Profits trading strategies. When the match qualifies, LSM flags them in the Alerts field.
All of this information is invaluable if you are live trading. This is particularly true if you are keeping tabs on a selection of live games. However, a great feature of LSM is that you can opt to receive live updates. These are sent either by Email or to your mobile via the Telegram App.
