Coral, HollywoodBet and 888 Sport state that BOG applies to bets placed on race day (presumably from 00:01 in the morning). Then, others typically apply BOG to bets from 8am onwards on the race day.

Do Betting Exchanges Offer Best Odds Guaranteed?
